Sian is a Trauma Informed Breathwork and Meditation practitioner.
Her 1:1 Breathwork sessions are held at our modern studio on 458 Richmond St W. We also run online sessions for everyone around the world via Zoom.
Complete beginners are welcome, I will guide you from start to finish.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an incredible tool used to heal and transform the body.
Breathwork regulates the nervous system, it shifts our state from a a sympathetic (fight or flight response) to a parasympathetic (rest and digest) response.
With modern life, we are often living in the fight or flight response, feeling anxious and stressed from the world around us. Breathwork is a science backed solution which reduces cortisol (the stress hormone) and slows down the mind.
During deeper breathwork sessions, we can release trauma (suppressed emotions) from the body which can be deeply healing and transformative.
Clients often feel lighter, calmer and instantly relaxed after a session. This is perfect if you have anxiety, struggle to relax or have high stress levels.
Sian is trained using the Conscious Connected Breathing pattern which is an inhale and exhale though the mouth. This technique is very similar to Wim Hof and Holotropic styles of breathing.
It is a more intense technique which is proven to create psychological and physiological shifts in the body, allowing participants to feel a release and great shift in energy.

1:1 Intro to Breathwork - 45 minutes - $85 - The session begins with a consultation and explanation of how to do breathwork. Followed by 10 minutes of breathwork, 8 minutes of meditation and your choice of Organic Tea.
1:1 Breathwork Journey - 1 hour - $130 - The session begins with a consultation and explanation of how to do breathwork. Followed by 20 minutes of breathwork, 10 minutes of meditation and your choice of Organic Tea.
1:1 Deep Breathe - 1 hour 30 minutes - $185 - The session begins with a refresher of breathwork and what to expect. Followed by 45 minutes of breathwork, 10 minutes of meditation and your choice of Organic Tea. This is a highly transformative session.

FAQ
Q: Where are the sessions held?
A: They are held at my modern studio in Downtown Toronto, 458 Richmond St W ON M5V 1Y1.
Q: Do I need to bring anything? What should I wear?
A: Just bring yourself and wear comfortable loose clothing. Avoid drinking coffee and eating food 2-3 hours before the session. No alcohol/recreational drugs should be consumed on the day of a session.
Q: I've never done breathwork before, is this for me?
A: Yes absolutely! I will guide you through the whole process. Complete beginners are welcome.
Q: What happens in a session?
A: We will have a brief discussion and I will teach you how to do the breathwork technique. This flows into the breathwork journey, where you will be lying down on the comfy Reiki table with a blanket on top of you. You will be breathing to a specially curated playlist of music. You will remain lying down during the meditation where you return to your normal breathing pattern, letting the healing frequencies wash over you. After, I will guide you back into the space and will have you sit up for some Organic Tea and a discussion to wrap up the session.
Q: How will I feel? I'm nervous...
A: During the breathwork you may feel tingles in your body, heat and some lightheadedness. This is normal as we are changing the pH in the body and increasing our oxygen levels. In deeper sessions you may feel a release of emotions as we explore altered states of consciouness. Comfort is key and you will feel safe to fully let go and enjoy the experience.
Q: How will I feel afterwards?
A: You will feel lighter, calmer and relaxed. You may feel a release of emotions and stress. Often clients feel 'floaty' or euphoric due to the altered state of consciousness. I recommend not having any social events planned after the session, so you can go home and integrate what came up for you during the session. These sessions are powerful and can bring a lot of clarity.

Breathwork is a powerful tool and caution should be taken in a session if you have certain health conditions. I will let you know if we can proceed/if we need to make any adjustments during our session.

- Severse PTSD, trauma or other mental health diagnosis
- Cardiovascular disease
- Brain injuries
- Epilepsy
