1:1 Breathwork Journey - 1 hour
Release stress and tension from the body with a 1 hour breathwork session. You will leave feeling relaxed, calm and grounded.
This is great if you have high stress levels or anxiety, and want to regulate your nervous system whilst bringing back mindfulness and connection to the body.
Breathwork is a lot easier than meditation and you are guaranteed to feel a shift in energy. Whether you have a busy job, kids or work in a stressful environment, this is perfect for you.
The session begins with a consultation and explanation of how to do breathwork. Followed by 20 minutes of breathwork (to curated music), 10 minutes of meditation and your choice of Organic Tea.
