Breathwork in the workplace
Breathwork and meditation are powerful tools in the workplace. These practices enable employees to alleviate stress, increase their energy levels, and enhance their resilience which improves both staff wellbeing and performance.
Our corporate wellness sessions have been designed to energise leadership teams, executives, team members and organisations who want to perform at their best.
We understand your time is valuable. Our workshops are thoughtfully packaged into 45 minute sessions, where you are guided through an uplifting breathwork and meditation practice. We find this is the most efficient way to shift your energy into a state of calm and relaxation.
We use science backed techniques to regulate the nervous system and relax the mind. This is great for all levels, including complete beginners.
We can breathe up to 26,000 times a day, however when we breathe in an intentional conscious and connected pattern, we invoke an abundance of physical, mental and emotional benefits.
Breathwork is a quick and efficient way to slow down our brain waves from an analytical beta frequency to a slower alpha frequency, where we can access creativity and calm.
The World Health Organisation states that over 66% of disease stems from stress. Our job is to provide a science backed solution which can help to reduce staff stress levels, therefore increasing wellbeing and performance in the workplace.
