Reduce your stress levels, slow down the mind and shift your energy into a state of calm in only 45 minutes. This is an efficient yet powerful session, where you will leave feeling grounded and refreshed.
The session starts with a 5-10 minute consultation and explanation of how to do breathwork. Followed by 10 minutes of breathwork, 8 minutes of meditation and your choice of Organic Tea.
The breathwork portion is fully guided to a rhythmic set of music to take you on a journey. During the meditation, you are able to relax as the soothing healing frequencies wash over you.
These sessions are not just for beginners and can be done weekly or fortnightly as a maintenance session.
The Conscious Connected Breathing pattern is an inhale and exhale though the mouth. This technique creates significant physiological shifts in the body and is very similar to Wim Hof and Holotropic styles of breathing.
