1:1 Intro to Breathwork - 45 minutes
Reduce your stress levels, slow down the mind and shift your energy into a state of calm in only 45 minutes. This is an efficient yet powerful session, where you will leave feeling grounded and refreshed.
The session starts with a 5-10 minute consultation and explanation of how to do breathwork. Followed by 10 minutes of breathwork (to music), 8 minutes of meditation and your choice of Organic Tea.
The breathwork portion is fully guided to a rhythmic set of music to take you on a journey. During the meditation, you are able to relax as the healing frequencies wash over you.
These sessions are not just for beginners and can be done weekly or fortnightly as a maintenance session.
