A powerful and highly transformative session, curated to release stagnant emotions and stress held within the body. You will feel a significant shift in energy after.
During this session, we explore altered states of consciousness, which allows you to release any residual emotions left in the subconscious mind from past events and trauma.
Clients find this session to be incredibly therapeutic and an excellent way to emotionally let go of past events, whilst bringing forth clarity and self love. Clients often feel a sense of relief or euphoria afterwards.
The session begins with a brief consultation and explanation of what to expect. Followed by 45 minutes of breathwork, 10 minutes of meditation and your choice of Organic Tea.
The breathwork portion is fully guided to a rhythmic set of music to take you on a journey. During the meditation, you are able to relax as the healing frequencies wash over you.
Deep breathes are facilitated on a yoga mat to allow for movement and somatic body work. I will guide you through the whole journey and will assist with energy/somatic body work where there are blockages, to allow your body to release and heal within.
