She began using Breathwork and Reiki as tools to help cope in a busy corporate environment. Both modalities proved to be incredibly powerful and allowed her to significantly reduce her stress levels and health issues, whilst maintaining focus and clarity.
Over the years Sian has worked with a wide variety of people and organisations, from CEO's to athletes, lawyers, new mom's and everyone in between. Breathwork and Reiki is for everyone and allows people to feel their best.

Our name:
Marama translates to moon in te reo Māori, the national indigenous language of New Zealand, where Sian is from.
The moon is an important symbol of healing, with maramataka (the Māori lunar calendar) highlighting the connection between the moon and our well-being.
Our reliance on the moon extends beyond its influence on tides; it also informs our practices related to floriculture, decision-making, and emotional health.
The moon's phases, from whiro (new moon) to rākaunui (full moon), can symbolize various aspects of life, including growth, change, and cycles. We view the moon as a reminder of the natural rhythms and cycles of the world. Reiki healing and mindfulness allows us to navigate these changes with ease and gratitude.
Our mantra is "When we fill our own cup, we beam brighter for the people around us."
