Reiki Healing - 1 hour

Feel deeply relaxed, rejuvenated and connected with a 1 hour Reiki Healing.

The session includes a 5 minute consultation, 45 minutes of Reiki Healing and any intuitive messages received.

We create a relaxing and soothing environment, using beautiful aromatherapy and an eye pillow for the ultimate comfort.

You will leave feeling nourished, connected and relaxed. This is perfect for stress relief, reducing anxiety, feeling grounded and receiving clarity.

If you would like to discuss your healing journey with me and gain some insight on what your next steps should be, please book the 1 hour 30 session. This involves an extra 15 minutes after the 1 hour healing to allow for energy guidance and any questions you may have. I will also suggest tools for you to use going forward e.g. affirmations, breathwork, regulating the nervous system etc.
