Reiki Healing & Energy Guidance - 1 hour 30 minutes

Feel deeply relaxed and rejuvenated, whilst receiving insight and clarity with a Reiki Healing & Energy Guidance Session.

The session includes a brief consultation, 1 hour of Reiki Healing and 15 minutes of discussion and energy guidance on your next steps.

We create a relaxing environment, using beautiful aromatherapy and an eye pillow for the ultimate comfort.

The energy guidance is a discussion of anything that came up during the session, tools for you to use going forward and a discussion of your personal journey. Perfect if you have more questions about healing or energy, and would like guidance on this after your Reiki Healing.

I will answer your questions and give you suggestions on what would be best suited for you going forward e.g. affirmations, increasing self-love, regulating the nervous system etc.

How to Book:
