When I was suffering from severe anxiety a few years ago, crystals became my biggest support tool for calm and mindfulness.
Holding crystals can make us feel calm, supported and safe. Each crystal emits a beautiful frequency of energy which can assist us with relaxation and stress relief. When we are in the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) it is important we utilise tools which bring us back into the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest). Techniques such a breathwork and meditation are great for this. It is also important to have physical tools we can carry with us during the day so we can remain calm when we don't have time to be still.
I take my crystals everywhere, hold them at work when I feel stressed and wear my bracelets to ensure my energy is protected.

1. Black Tourmaline/Obsidian
These crystals absorb negative energy and protect our energy. They make us feel grounded by stabilising the Root chakra. Hold these crystals and repeat 'I am grounded in the earth' during the day. By doing this, you are bringing your busy mind back into your body. Allowing yourself to become grounded and stable.
Amethyst is a very calming and intuitive crystal. Amethyst helps you to relax and tap into your intuition, especially when anxious thoughts are taking over. Amethyst is perfect to hold during meditation.
Lepidolite is a very soothing crystal. It dissipates negativity and insists on being used for the highest good. Lepidolite is an essential for those with high stress & anxiety levels. It soothes and calms the soul whilst allowing it to see clearly past the noise. It has a high lithium content, which is typically used for anxiety.
4. Rose Quartz
Rose Quartz is the crystal of unconditional love. When we are feeling anxious and worried, it brings us back to love. Remembering that we are loved no matter what, and that everything works out perfectly. Rose Quartz raises our vibration to the love frequency and provides the emotional support we need when times are tough.
