A beautiful opportunity to connect with like-minded women and release any stagnant energy from the month past. You will feel refreshed and rejuvenated. If you have never been to a women's circle before, no worries as I will guide you from start to finish. Everyone is welcome.

Our journey begins with white sage, to cleanse our energy and ground us into the earth. We will flow into a connection exercise and journal prompts, to release anything that is no longer serving us. We flow into the 10 minute breath journey, where you will be supported to release any stress or stagnant energy from the past month, creating space for mental clarity and bliss. This flows onto the sound bath healing, where you will remain lying down, letting the healing frequencies wash over you. We end the ceremony with a beautiful manifestation ritual, which sets our intention for the month ahead.
What to bring:
- Yoga Mat
- Journal and pen
- Drink bottle
- Blanket (for the breathwork/sound journey)
I recommend parking on the side streets nearby. Arrive 10 minutes early to get settled/go to the bathroom etc, we will begin at 10am.
Avoid eating a big meal 1-2 hours before the session as we will be lying down for the Breathwork and sound journey. If you're hungry before have some fruit or something easy to digest. Wear comfortable clothing.
For those that love to buy their crystals in person, there will be a small Marama Crystals stand set up with raw crystals, towers, bracelets and tumbles. These will be available to purchase after the circle.
