Join us for an energising workshop as we explore an uplifting breathwork and meditation practice. The focus of the workshop is to slow down the mind, regulate the nervous system and increase our energy levels. You will feel calm and relaxed after.
This is perfect if you're interested in breathwork or keen to try meditation but struggle to find the time. All levels are welcome from complete beginners to advanced, no prior experience is necessary.
Bring your friends and fam, this is a great introductory way to try breathwork & meditation. Good vibes guaranteed!
Located at the modern Ambian Studios in Grey Lynn.
The breathwork journey is supported with a well thought out playlist, alongside sound bowl healing for the meditation.

** N.B we will have a lovely photographer on site taking a few pictures/videos for our promotional content, the purchase of your ticket acknowledges your consent for any pictures on the day :)
Arrive 5 minutes early to get settled/go to the bathroom etc, we will begin at 9am.
Avoid eating 1-2 hours before the session as we will be lying down for the breathwork and sound journey. If you're hungry before have some fruit or something easy to digest. Wear comfortable clothing.
